An informal gathering where face-to-face participants to the conference can meet. We'll have some snacks and drinks. Everybody in the conference is welcome. Although we encourage you to participate in the doctoral colloquium before this get together, you can only attend the get together if you want. No need to say you want to attend, simply go to the first floor in the School of Engineering and follow the signs. For those participants that come to the get together, will give you the accreditation for the conference then. If you directly come on Tuesday morning, we'll give you the accreditation on Tuesday. |
