Conference Dinner  – Wednesday 31^st August 2016

The conference dinner is being held in University House on Wednesday 31^st August.

18:30 – Drinks Reception

19:00 – Dinner Service

University House is on the main University campus, next door to the Refectory, approximately a 5 minute walk from the Michael Sadler Building & Parkinson Court.

Drinks Reception – Thursday 1^st September 2016

A Drinks reception will be held at the Royal Armouries from 18:00 on Thursday 1^st August .

Coaches will be available to transport guests between the University & the Royal Armouries.

18:00 & 18:30 Coaches will collect from the Parkinson Court steps

21:00 & 21:30 Coaches will depart from the Royal Armouries to drop guests back at the Parkinson Steps.

Day Trips  – Friday 2^nd September

If you have signed up to either of the day trips details are as follows:

York:

10:30 am         Minibus pick up from Parkinson Court Steps. Drops off by York Minister

11:30am          York Minister Visit

                        Open top bus pick up from Exhibition Square (2 minutes from York Minister) picks up every 10 minutes.

16:00               Coaches pick up at drop off point, by York Minister, travel back to Parkinson Steps at the University.

Howarth:

10:30am          Taxi picks up outside Parkinson Steps. Drops off at Bronte Parsonage Museum

11:30               Access to Bronte Parsonage Museum

16:30               Taxi picks up from drop off point at Bronte Parsonage Museum, travel back to

                        Parkinson Steps at the University.
