Note:

• 1 registration covers 1 paper submission. For multiple papers registration, please add additional paper fee as indicated in below table.
• At least one accepted paper’s author MUST register and complete the payment before 30th June 2020 for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. The author of the special session paper has to complete the payment before 5th June 2020.
• Full and student registrations are inclusive of access to all 3-days online sessions and publication.
• To be qualified for student registration, you must be currently enrolled as a student in a university or an institution. A scanned copy of your valid student ID card must be sent to the conference secretary at registration@keer.org.

• Only the credid card(Visa/Master/JCB/AMEX/Diners) payment is acceptable. For authors, the final payment deadline is 30th June 2020. Unpaid paper after this date will be automatically rejected. If you have problems in payment or delay payment, please contact the conference secretariat.
• If you require another payment method due to an unavoidable reason, please send your request to registration@keer.org.
• Payment for Early-Bird rate is based on the date of the payment is transferred to our account. If the payment date is after the Early-Bird date, the rate follows normal registration fees.

Force Majeure:

• Unexpected cancellation of the event. The conference organizing committee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation KEER2020 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood, terrorist attacks or outbreak disease). In such cases, the conference organizing committee is freed of all responsibility.

For KEER participants who are not members of the Japan Society of Kansei Engineering

• Taking place in Tokyo this year, KEER 2020 is an international event organised by the Japan Society of Kansei Engineering (henceforth referred to as JSKE) with the aim of encouraging participation of members in academic conferences. All participants of KEER 2020 who support the principle of JSKE but are not yet members may become a member by submitting an application to the board of directors of JSKE. Additionally, the required fees (registration fees and membership fees for one year) are included in the registration fee for KEER 2020. Membership begins 31st August 2020, lasting one year starting from said date. Membership fees for 2022 (covering membership from September 2021 to August 2022) will be requested from May 2021, and must be paid before the end of July 2021 should you wish to retain membership.
